You can return any item purchased on https://vishni.ua within 7 days from the date of delivery to the country to which the item was delivered. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and undamaged packaging. Items in used (washed, stained, with strong cigarette odor) or damaged condition will not be accepted.
The item packaging must be returned in its original form, as it is considered a part of the product. Please use the original packaging included in the shipment for the return of any item.

Vishni is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the package. Packages for which the customer cannot be identified (surname, name, address, and tracking number) will not be accepted.
At this time, we cannot offer free returns. For all returns, if the item is not damaged, the customer must arrange and pay for the return of the product.
EXCHANGE
Please note that we can only exchange a product for a different size within the same model. To check the availability of the product, please contact us at +38 073 402 12 40. If the item is in stock, we will hold it for you, and once we receive your return, we will ship it to the address specified in your original order. If you are interested in exchanging the product for a different color or model, please inform our manager. The decision will be made individually.
REFUND
To process a return, the item must be returned in excellent condition in its original packaging, undamaged, unaltered, unworn, with all original tags, accessories, and a copy of the invoice. Items returned by mail to the warehouse will be processed within 7 business days of receipt. Once our quality control team approves the return, your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment, and you will receive an email confirmation. If your return does not meet the specified conditions, the package will be sent back to you at your expense.
